After a 30+ year career in the commercial construction industry, I decided to work for myself and go into appraisals, as I have several friends and family friends in the industry. After completing my training with someone having 30+ years appraisal experience here in the Triangle area, and then working another year and a half with him after obtaining my NC Certification, in June of 2025 I decided to break out on my own to complete appraisals for myself for a client base that I built and wanted to work for.
